The Weekly Consciousness Dare: Follow your heart, go for it!

We are so fearful of taking the decision to really follow our hearts and do what we really want to do. We will wait for every little thing to be 100% perfect before we can take the leap. We have to have the business plan, the logo, the business cards and the confidence, before we launch our own business… before we even dare to approach our first potential clients.

You don’t have to have the confidence in place before you can do anything in life; like mentioning that new idea to your boss. Confidence is a creation, it only builds the more times that you do something, the more you take chances, risk yourself a bit. The more you practice the art of following your heart and doing what you want to do!

My invitation to you this week is to let go of the fear of following your heart and do something that you want to do, or have been wanting to do for a long time.  Just go for it and your life will start unfolding in accordance to your heart’s true desires.
