International Coach, Speaker, Author & Facilitator

I am an international coach, speaker, author and facilitator with more than 13 years cumulative experience of leadership, coaching, mentoring and facilitation.  I hold the ICF/ACTP accredited qualifications of Professional Coach and Accredited Consciousness Coach^®, which I earned through the coaching academy, Creative Consciousness International (CCI).  I am a member of COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa). 

In the years prior to opening my coaching practice, I held a post as a Junior Lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand in the department of Business Economics where I lectured for three and a half years before entering into the private sector to run her own labour relations consultancy.  In 1999 I was offered a management position in the motor industry and enjoyed an 8-year-long career in motor retail.  Through my career, I held the positions of Franchise Credit Manager, Branch Accountant, Sales Manager and ultimately Dealer Principal where I was responsible for the running and managing of a flagship dealership.  I have extensive management and development experience, as well as experience in financial management, marketing, sales and customer service.

My coaching clients include inter alia, managing directors, financial executives, general and middle management, entrepreneurs and business owners from organisations such as Volition, Merchants SA, Enviroil, Incredible Connection, Finlay, Port Alfred Business Association, KK Shelving and Investec Bank.

In addition to one-on-one coaching of executives, I work extensively with teams and have had enormous successes with team dynamics, driving results and change integration.  Testimonials are available upon request. 

I am one the co-authors of A Coaches Story and also a freelance contributor of self-help articles to publications such as Cosmopolitan, Shape, Destiny and Sarie magazines.  I appear weekly as a guest on Kowie FM to discuss coaching and related topics and I am an accomplished keynote and inspirational speaker for functions and events.

I graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits), Johannesburg with a BComm and with an LLB from the University of South Africa (Unisa).
