International Coach

I’m Mark Fraser-Grant, a Consciousness Coach^®, Professional Coach, Coach Trainer and Training Facilitator.  I am also owner of Siyadala People Development, a people development practice based in Johannesburg, South Africa. “Siyadala” is a Zulu term meaning “We are creating”, and that’s exactly what I do: support my clients in creating what they most want for themselves, their organizations and their greater communities. I’m passionate about people – people who want to get things done and achieve results whilst having fun, and nothing makes me feel more privileged than to be in a role that supports and develops people to recognize their own greatness.

With a blend of skills and many years’ experience in human resources, training, recruitment, career counselling and development, I am dedicated to developing consciousness in individuals, executives, teams and organizations. I coach my clients in self-awareness and development, conscious leadership, and effective relationship building.

My greatest strengths lie in working with organizations, and through my role as Consciousness Coach^®, trainer and facilitator, I am able to support companies to:

• create high performing teams
• develop effective communication and relationships
• evolve teams and company culture; and
• develop vision, purpose and values.

I have a large portfolio of multi-national and local coaching clients in the oil/energy, financial services, FMCG and service industries. I support these companies in becoming organizations with a well-defined sense of purpose and help them become more effective, with fewer distractions and misunderstanding, while eliminating people-generated mischief such as gossiping and sabotage. I find that I have also become a trusted advisor to many general managers, managing directors and divisional heads, especially around the areas of people, performance and communication effectiveness.

I acknowledge and stay up to date with all philosophies and latest thought around personal development, transformation, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and the coaching world. My philosophy? To stay open, buy nothing as the absolute truth and rather focus on what works. Of course, this is different from client to client, so the ability to listen fully, have no agenda, be open to feedback, ask quality questions and have the courage to reflect back, is my personal approach and belief.

Mark Fraser-Grant is the owner of Siyadala People Development. Currently, he is working with corporates to develop high-performing teams. He is an accredited professional coach qualified through Creative Consciousness International (CCI)^®. He is also an examiner, coach trainer and co-trainer for CCI-Coaching Academy as well as a member of the International Coaching Federation. Mark  is also a skilled trainer and facilitator of communication workshops, and also runs conflict resolution sessions.
