I am Lynda Bomyer. I am focused, determined and energetic with an absolute passion and commitment to conscious and responsible leadership, sustainable transformation and building performance based organisations.
I was recently appointed as CEO of a social enterprise called Columba1400SA, focused on providing strategic CSI solutions to organisations and delivering leadership academies to the young people and teachers in South Africa. (www.columba1400sa.com)

I am passionate about South Africa as well as Africa and am proud to have been a pioneer in establishing educational programmes like the first of City of Johannesburg’s Business Skills Hub projects that trained in excess of 600 young, previously unemployed and disadvantaged people. This project was given a special recognition award at the 2007 CIG awards.
I also established and co-own a beautiful boutique hotel in Cape Town, Medindi Manor, a gorgeous Ewardian Manor house managed and run by an exceptional team of people with service and quality as their core focus. (www.medindimanor.co.za)
I make sure that I stay abreast of current thinking in leadership, people and organisational development and I am actively involved with a forum international experts and specialists bringing conscious leadership to South Africa.
