My expertise lies in building and developing personal brand, employee brand, leadership brand and client impact.  I specialise in supporting entrepreneurs, SME management teams and client facing corporate teams to develop the face of their brands – that of themselves and their people.

I also coach a number of high-profile people in the public eye, in politics and in business.

My deep passion and conviction on the topic of Creating & building personal and leadership brand value™ and Conscious Leadership motivates and inspires people – from political figures to sales teams (and everything in-between) to consciously create the impact they want to see.

Today I am based in Johannesburg and London and work with clients around the world.  I am Co-Founder of smartRevolution, Owner of Mowbray by Design, Founder of PIPBA, and the author of Personal Branding – The Competitive Edge.

I’m a qualified ICF (International Coach Federation) Accredited Coach, Accredited Consciousness Coach®, Accredited Practitioner of The Science of Happiness at Work (OXIPP), Professional Member of the Professional Speakers Association (PSASA) and Qualified Member of The Federation of Image Consultants (TFIC).

My background… I was born in Cape Town to English parents and in my early twenties moved to London where I worked in the City for a number of global organisations including the likes of Dunn & Bradstreet & The Financial Times Group.  I sold charting and analysis tools and data, and later technology to the world’s leading financial institutions.  After 10 years I joined the NASDAQ quoted firm TMP Worldwide as a retained executive search consultant, delivering Pan-European assignments at Partner and Director level in financial services and technology.

My first entrepreneurial venture came at the rise of the new economy when I founded Venture Partnership Ltd to focus on building the management teams and human capital of the dotcom era – for the Venture Capital market.  The new-economy markets crashed and I closed the doors on this once vibrant niche consultancy.  My next adventure took me to the Middle East where I set up the operations and was Managing Director MENA for the British members-only concierge, Quintessentially.

On returning to London in 2005, I found the world fascination with all things leadership brand, image, impact and personal brands deeply compelling and founded Mowbray by Design.   In 2009 I founded PIPBA and in 2010 expanded my business to South Africa where I Co-Founded smartRevolution – Powered by Consciousness™.”
