What makes me tick is a deep inner passion and drive to see people become conscious, and to wake up…

For us all to start letting down our guards and the roles we play in life and to start living life in full self expression and full aliveness. What makes me tick is the endless joy and excitement I experience every time I enter a room to train and people start transforming and breaking through their barriers…what makes me tick is knowing that every time I do an act of letting go my own stuff, I provide the space for others to do the same….so in me living a cause to live life in full connection, passion, energy and vitality….I can support more people to do the same.

I stand for the possibility that we all have the immense capability to create the lives we would love to live, and that in my life time, we can shift from finding  ourselves the victim’s of our realities, to people empowered to be in action and creation 24/7 in alignment of the great vision we have created for ourselves.
I choose my life to be a living example of this, to show that this is not for the few, but for everyone who chooses to walk this path

My aim is to become a global leader in transformation, to become “an ambassador of waking people up”, and to live my life in this way. I am currently a trainer and Professional Consciousness Coach^® for Consciousness Coaching Academy (CCA). This role is manifold, I train individuals in consciousness development (personal transformation) and Consciousness Coaching®. I also train-the-trainers, so while working with the participants of any training, at the same time behind the scenes I am supporting trainee’s to expand and develop into trainers such that they can qualify with a Professional Trainer qualification. The essence of what I do is about training people in the art of being human J  (the manual we were never given!)

I began my studies with a year in Ayurveda and Iridology. I went on to study Brand Communications through Vega, School of Advertising, there after I completed my Degree in Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Strategic Brand Management. I am qualified as an NLP Master Practitioner through Advanced Human technologies. I am also an Associate of CCI, Creative Consciousness international.

Since June 2009 I travel frequently between Europe, specifically Holland and Belgium, and South Africa, leading trainings for the Consciousness Coaching Academy. I lead anything between one and three trainings a month (they are four days each) and coach in between. I also have great joy in leading alongside Michele Hinds, my new partner in raising consciousness, our new workshop series, The Energy and Vitality Series which is powered by Consciousness Coaching^® which we founded in 2010. We run workshops all designed to reclaim your lost stuck and wasted Energy and Vitality.

I believe Consciousness Coaching^® is the most powerful and effective tool for anyone who is committed to creating massive shifts in their own life, personal or professional. It is a gift, it is a joy, it is my passion, and my commitment is to instil all of this enthusiasm into every person I meet.

As part of this, I am a spiritual mentor and work with individuals who wish to work at a very deep and core level on expanding their being….who they are and working with core themes that keep them stuck or limited in moving forward. Some of the areas I specialise in are supporting woman who feel “disconnected from their bodies”  getting reconnected or back into their bodies at an energetic level…..people who suffer from addictive behaviour, in any way this may come about, and people who are not connected sexually and want to reclaim their full sexual self expression.

I am also a relationship coach and work with individuals and couples alike to deal with this very tender and precious area of their lives, not only for where there are challenges, but also where couples or individuals simply have a desire and passion to take things to a whole new level. As part of this, I am a trainer for the Mastery of Relationships course through CCA, and I have developed my own relationship coaching process, Relationship Consciousness Coaching® which I also offer as a service to existing Consciousness Coaches® who wish to now have Relationship Consciousness Coaching as something they can offer. And I do Relationship Mentoring sessions where I meet with groups of individuals who wish to have a place to share what is going on for them at the moment and support on how to deal with it
