I am the founder, Director of Training and Master Trainer of Consciousness Coaching® Academy. My mission is to cause global revolution in consciousness and make love a worldwide reality.
I have been empowering and inspiring people on their way to personal growth, spiritual fulfillment and success for more than two decades. My areas of expertise include psychotherapy, ontology, yoga, Sanskrit and Indian philosophy, hermeneutics, Zen meditation, method acting, fire-walking as well as transformational coaching and training.
My coaching methodology – Consciousness Coaching® – is a derivative of many years of my personal experience in coaching, training, mentoring and business, transformational work, research and passion for human development. I live my dream of empowering people to live their lives to their fullest potential through training future coaches and trainers, offering life and corporate coaching, spiritual mentorship and public speaking. I am the author of an autobiographical novel “Sinclair” that contains a true story of one spiritual quest for enlightenment, freedom and love.
I am the founding president of the Cape Town Chapter of the International Coach Federation, a board member and the representative of the African continent in the ICF Global Forum. I became South Africa’s first member of the WABC, the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
My applied philosophy is based on the Benedictine credo that all external changes begin internally in the human being. I believe that great coaching is lean and elegant; its meaning is measured by the client’s results and nothing else. Basing on these values, both myself and Consciousness Coaching® stand for exceptional quality, power and authenticity.
