I am based in Johannesburg and have been coaching for more than 4 years within a large corporate organization
I have worked with many individuals from graduates to senior managers to overcome challenges/ hurdles over a relatively short period of time. I combine my almost 30 years of extensive corporate experience together with my coaching skills to help develop individuals to achieve higher performance levels.

Background
I have 28 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry during which time I have worked for all 4 of the major banks. My experience ranges spans many areas from the highly volatile Trading floors, the pressures of branch banking and the demanding world of corporate finance. I am known within the bank as the organizer and problem solver having assumed various difficult roles where I was required to evaluate the problem, devise and implement an action plan all within short turnaround times. I have extensive management experience and am familiar with employee relations/ disciplinary and CCMA procedures.
At both Nedbank and ABSA I have played key roles in employee wellness/mentoring programmes. During the last 7 years I have been actively involved in all aspects of the graduate programme within Nedbank from recruitment and selection to coach and mentor. I have been a coach within Nedbank for the last 4 years and whilst my passion is in coaching young people I have coached across many diverse levels within the bank.

Using a holistic approach we will look at various aspects of your life such as work, health and relationships to achieve a shift to a better quality of life
