I founded The E-Path in 1998 and have been involved in business consulting for more than 15 years. The E-Path consultancy focuses on organisational development, transformation processes, strategy development, complex social systems research, the use of narratives and storytelling, leadership development, personal development and coaching.

Previously, I held positions as a management consultant in the IT industry.

My particular value is added through invigorating, inspiring and guiding organisational culture and growth – and by creating high performance individuals, teams and leadership. I am passionate and committed to developing consciousness in individuals, teams and organisations and have spent many years in self-study and disciplined practise under the guidance of spiritual teachers as a means of developing and growing, first and foremost, my own consciousness through spiritual development. I have been trained extensively in Psychology, Systems, Complexity and Structural Thinking, and was trained and certified by Robert Fritz Inc in Structural Dynamics and Structural Thinking in the USA. As such, I can integrate strategy and people with ease and am well versed in using systems, complexity and structural thinking to solve problems and find solutions. I also hold an international certification as a practitioner in the methods of Cognitive Edge – a global network for the application of methods for complex issues. I am a certified practitioner in the tools of the Barrett Values Centre – a global organisation committed to raising consciousness in organisations. I am also a member of Comensa and registered as an executive, life and spiritual coach.
