If you head up Learning & Development for a multi national or large Financial Services player I delicately suggest that the assumption that conscious leadership, consciousness development, authenticity, consciousness coaching are “not for us” and “not matching our requirements right now” is a massively naive statement. I do see that might have been so if we look backward and make our decisions from times past, however if you have your finger on the pulse of what is happening right now and see what’s heading towards us with some speed, you may reconsider.
